Project Description: GNR were engaged to install a new zinc roof covering to this modern extension.
The client did not want to see an external gutter.
The roof was designed with a central gutter that runs the full length of the building. The water is discharged into two 110mm pipes that are concealed within the structure. There is a fail safe at one end of the gutter in the form of a purpose made zinc spitter. This will alert the property owner if the pipes are blocked and allow water to discharge outside the building before it can leak into the extension.
Further, due to the build up of insulation, a zinc fascia was installed all the way around the extension.
A quality finish to a modern extension.
