A scheme was therefore devised to build a replacement dwelling on the same site.
Working with Bramhall Blenkharn Leonard, plans were produced to create such within the same landscape.

The specification of work encompassed the use of Penrhyn Welsh Slates to all pitched elevations of the property.
Details to the chimney stacks, flat roof and gutters were formed in code 5 and code 6 lead.
Further, new code 5 lead ridge details were formed to weather the apex of the roof onto a new timber roll.

A high profile new build property in an idyllic location.
The existing property was demolished to make way for a more efficient new build property in a similar style.
The choice of materials echoes those used on the pre existing building.
Some of the features, including a decorative stone turret, have been replicated to give a nod to the former house that has been replaced.
New building ranges provide more appropriate space provision for items such as living areas, kitchens and bedroom suites.
Moreover, the range of outbuildings form a large, enclosed courtyard and fully walled kitchen garden for the benefit of the residents.
The site itself is vast, set within several hundred acres of landscaped gardens the property boasts extensive woodland and a 5 acre lake with boathouse.
Marked for demolition, the existing house was mostly destroyed. Planning permission was granted for a new dwelling in its place.
As such, we are unable to offer images of the project before that are relatable.
