|Project Description:||The client wanted us to re-roof his property within a limited budget. As the property had existing plain tiles on the roof using a much larger profile tile would save a great deal on labour costs to install them, so he opted for the slate-like Calderdales from Wienerberger. This saved about 15% of the overall cost without compromising the appearance of the house.
As the tiles were changing from next door’s, we had to use a bonding gutter because we obviously cannot join the different profiles together. A very subtle and traditional feature.
