• We place the highest priority on the health and safety of our staff, other contractors, the client and the public and regularly review our Health and Safety Policy and staff training needs in this area.
  • Through consultation with specialist Health and Safety advisors, we are fully compliant with all current health and safety legislation.
  • We are part of the Contractors Health & Safety Assessment scheme (CHAS), a well-respected initiative run by local authorities, among others, to ensure companies are compliant with health and safety law and can adequately manage health and safety issues in their work.  This means we undergo an annual re-assessment of our health and safety procedures.
  • All site operatives and managers hold CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) cards and receive ongoing Health and Safety training.
  • For every contract we undertake, our Health and Safety Manager produces a full method statement and risk assessments.  These are discussed in full with all operatives before any works commence.
  • The full document is available to the client before work starts.  Any changes to working procedure are discussed with the client and the original document is modified accordingly.  The operatives are informed of these changes through health and safety tool box talks.
  • We pride ourselves on the excellent standard of health and safety on every one of our contracts – no matter how small.
  • In recognition of our commitment to Health and Safety, we have received the National Federation of Roofing Contractor’s (NFRC) Gold Medal in Safety in Roofing for four years running in 2008, 2009, 2010 and 2011.  We were also awarded the Silver Medal in this category in 2007.
