The Project

This listed property had fallen into disrepair and was in need of a complete re-roofing.
We removed the existing roof covering of stone slates, and replaced it with reclaimed stone to match after a hefty proportion of the defective oak roof structure was replaced or repaired as necessary. The dormers were reconstructed, with new windows and a new lead sheet roof covering installed.
As the property was listed it was imperative to properly source the right materials, and to complete the work to match the roof’s original detail.
