Neal Roofing was appointed to replace the roof covering on this significant North Yorkshire listed property.

Wetherby Farmhouse
The tiled roof was replaced with Welsh slate, while a modern glazed extension received a new natural-zinc roof.
The roof build-up included treated battens, Proctor Roofshield, exterior-grade plywood and lime-compatible detailing. The wider scheme also involved Hot Box and The Lead Lads®.
Former Victorian Vicarage
The original 1883 roof coverings and leadwork were replaced using new Welsh slate, Code 5 lead and lime-compatible chimney repairs.
This major project combined roof-covering replacement with lead hips and ridges, lime-mortar chimney repairs, insulation and associated timber work.
