These Terms & Conditions apply to minor roofing works, isolated repairs, reactive maintenance, fault investigation, small remedial works and planned maintenance undertaken by Geoff Neal (Roofing) Limited trading as Neal Roofing.
They should be read together with the accepted Quotation and any project-specific scope, notes, photographs, schedules and written Variations forming part of the Contract.
Repair work is different from full roof replacement. A repair may address an identified defect or suspected source of failure without amounting to a guarantee that all defects, concealed defects or every possible source of water ingress have been eliminated.
Where you are contracting as a consumer, nothing in these Terms removes rights which cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
