This project began after the existing roof covering and gutter detail started to fail. Neal Roofing inspected the condition, documented the defects and prepared a written quotation supported by photographs.
The agreed solution combined selective salvage, replacement timber, a new plywood gutter substrate, Code 5 leadwork, breathable underlay, new battens and reclaimed Welsh slate chosen to blend with the existing material.
