|Project Description:||This disused Methodist chapel was to be converted into a domestic dwelling. We undertook the roofing work, and Hot Box Stoves took care of the client’s stove installation.
As well as replacing the slate roof coverings and associated lead work, the chimney stack was taken down to roof level and rebuilt. In addition, the external guttering was taken down and repainted to further improve the look of the building.
The ceiling above what had been the nave was improved and the new stove was installed into the existing fireplace, which connects to the now brand-new and far better looking chimney.
