Mr and Mrs Boardall of York chose Geoff Neal Roofing Limited to carry out re-roofing work on their Victorian house.
The work included stripping the existing roof covering and replacing it with reclaimed slates to match adjoining properties. New insulation was installed to all the roof slopes and timber repairs were carried out to the existing dormer with special care taken to ensure the details matched the original Victorian features. A new pitched roof dormer was also created to match the existing original dormer.
