Mr and Mrs Hickman of Easingwold, near York, selected Geoff Neal Roofing Limited to carry out roof work on their 18th century property.
The project included removing the old roof covering and partially re-constructing the roof structure. Two new conservation roof windows were put in together with lead-lined secret gutters as a preferred detail. New stone copings and kneelers, made on site by the company, were installed to the front and rear of the property and the entire roof area was insulated.
