Mr and Mrs Barwell of Fulford, York, needed the roof of their Victorian property replaced and chose Geoff Neal Roofing Ltd to carry out the project.
The work involved providing a new roof covering, using welsh slates, along with new chimney leadwork. The entire roof area was insulated and new UPVC dormer windows were installed at the back of the house including UPVC cladding to minimise future maintenance work.

Two large velux roof windows were also installed at the front of the house. Mrs. Barwell said, "I chose Geoff Neal because the firm is registered with NFRC (National Federation of Roofing Contractors). We could therefore expect to see the work done competently and to a high standard. We were pleased that the work was done quickly and with the minimum of fuss."
