The National Trust
The National Trust used Geoff Neal Roofing Limited to carry out work on its Maister House property, an 18th century merchant’s house in Hull, East Yorkshire, which is currently tenanted by Gelder and Kitchen Architects.
The project involved undertaking remedial works to the roof glazing as well as partially re-constructing the roof structure and carrying out re-slating work.
As an environmental initiative the National Trust took the opportunity to work with GNRL to improve the insulation over the busy drawing office environment.
‘The quality of work provided by Geoff Neal Roofing Limited was excellent,’ says National Trust Building Surveyor (Operations), Steve Drake. ‘Site security was also very impressive as were communications provided by the company during the project.’
