York Chartered Surveyors, WR Dunn & Co Ltd, used Geoff Neal Roofing Limited as a sub-contractor to carry out roofing work at Fairmount House, the York home of the Institute of Physics & Engineering in Medicine.  
The project included high level repairs to the main structure as well as removing and replacing the building’s natural slate roof covering along with all rainwater goods and external decoration.
